Where did you ever come up with that theory? No one has “standing” to challenge the first ever most historic ever President - we have been told that a thousand times. I have been trying to get the AZ legislature to pass a bill requiring the Sec of State to validate that a Presidential Candidate is eligible, but so far it hasn't gone anywhere (introduced in 2008 and again in 2009). It is the RACISM card all the time. The GOP is branded as racist if such an item is brought up - the AZ Legislature picked up seats in 2010 and Brewer (of SB 1070 fame) easily won her race. I am hoping 2011 will be the year we pass the law. Are any other states working on it? I have only heard of one other and cannot remember which state it was. At the NATIONAL level no one is going to challenge zer0 - we have seen that over and over. Lots of court cases that go nowhere. GOP Senator from FL stating that “the people” judged zer0 to be a NBC because they elected him. How does one fight this RACISM nonsense?

There are too many people across the country who are talking about it but not going nuts over it. It’s not a matter of where he was born as much as it’s his disclosure of the information the media gave him a pass on in 2008. I don’t think the MSM will be able to ignore it in 2012.
Claims of racism become “is that all you’ve got?” Only a race-baiter would use claims of racism where none exists.

If you’re up this morning, you can listen online to Peter Booyles at KHOW here in Denver. Peter is talking about the officer who is being court marshaled over asking 0 to produce his birth certificate as proof he has the authority to send the officer to war. The court marshal is tomorrow so Pete’s already bringing it up. He is on from 5-9 AM daily.
