Please don’t scare me like that. This country wouldn’t survive if he get another pick to the court.

NBC: wholly owned subsidiary of the DNC, or part owner of the administration now in power?

Let's credit them for doing the right thing.

The "dead media walking" can and should wear this steaming, fly-covered biostencher.

NBC is the single most intended force in media driving all things queer, gay, anything else on the subject is hate speech.

And if you ARE religious, that is the source of the hate and churches should be criminally charged

..GE, owner of the Soros queer cheerleading media is the most intended force for carbon credits hoisting Algore when ever, where ever and school saturation thru grren thinkin..

...all lies of marxist / socialists..........always was

Well, you’re right, “if” he gets to replace one of OUR guys, but if he replaces Ginsburg for example, we will survive, but he’ll replace her with a younger Communist, because the US Senate still lacks the guts to reject horrid nominees, although Rand Paul might make a show of it.

I would have watched some bits and pieces of these shows this morning but Sleuth TV was showing Goldeneye and what red-blooded paleo Cold War hawk can pass up 007 teaming up with a dreamy knock-out guidance system programmer and saving the world from the post-Marxist Russkies?

Of particular note: Alan Cumming’s send-up of a petty former Soviet techno geek (”Boris”) who boasts of being “invincible” (just as the commies boasted of being “inevitable” in History) but who ends up as fossilized by liquid oxygen as the statues of Lenin and Stalin are in an earlier scene set in a graveyard of fallen Soviet idols.

Yep. I didn’t watch Austan Goolsby on Meet the Depressed this morning. I was watching Bond. James Bond.

As soon as I hit posted I thought about the balance of the court. I think the balance will stay the same for near future.

If you combine their ages and general health the odds are that the next two, perhaps three,SCOTUS judges to drop dead or retire will be Leftists.

Defeating Obama in 2012 with an authentic constitutional conservative is totally vital IF we are to curb liberal activist judicial tyranny—almost as important as purging RINOs from the GOP—if a bit more difficult but not too much if all have the guts and love of country the Tea Party teased from a once moribund apathetic electorate..

Of course I’m counting Kennedy as a liberal judge even if he has been siding with the conservatives more often since Sandra left.

NBC is deeply in the tank for the regime but not any more than old Bob Schieffer and CBS.

I just watched his interview with the bent Axel. Very revealing as usual.

Axel was just full of revisionist history about what the regime is up to. The main topic was the compromise over not taxing the rich.

I made the following points.

1. Axel told old Bob that the regime has its "own" tax cuts like cuts for kids, college students, and accelerated depreciation for businesses, which is such crap I can't believe it.

Businesses can't get loans to buy equipment since no one will loan them any dough!! So what does the regime do but give accelerated depreciation to businesses that can't get loans! What a strategy!!

2. Old Bob pointed out that the dems were so mad at zero they used the "F" word on the Joker. Axel quickly pointed out that "pubbies were mad as well" since as we all know its always GW's fault but since they used and abused him too much they have just switched to pubbies in general as the new villains.

3.Axel made the point over and over about how the dems had to compromise so the peoples taxes would not go up in January.

What he really meant was he was freaking out that we might get the credit when we took over the House in January!! He could not stand that if we got credit for not letting taxes go up.

It's all about 2012 already and he knows it. Axel knows it's a long shot for zero this go round and his side can not afford any mistakes since even a billion or a billion and half may not be enough dough to win this one.

4. Axel emphasizes that he hates tax cuts for the rich but had to compromise a little Bill Clinton triangulation going on here.

5. One more time it's all about 2012. They will do whatever will get them elected when peop are watching. In the shadows/behind closed doors, anything goes.

6.Old Bob points out that the renewable energy con was put back in the bill along with who knows what else. We usually find out when its all passed as I'm sure we will this time as well. The regime is too slick to sign onto anything that's not loaded with crap.

7.Axel shows a little panic that our side might get any credit for not raising the people's taxes, this clown is as focused as you can get on 2012.

8.Taxing the dead, both try in vain to argue about the wisdom of taxing dead people. Not working too well.

9.Old Bob points out that the regime does not have the votes. Axel claims that by weeks end they will but never admits they don't have it now. This guy is super slick and never admits anything that will jeopardize anything to do with the regime.

10.Old Bob asks Axel if the Libs are down on zero? He refuses to answer the question but shifts the answer to how they will cut the budget and lower spending,(since that's been focused tested over and over)saying its all about the American people when we know its all about the Manchurian President.

11.Old Bob stumbles on some Truthis this all about politics you know how Axel handles that one.

Will zero get an opponent?-Axel says no way! He's not worried about that. Which is another way of saying he can't sleep at night thinking about it.

12.Start treaty--will it pass --Axel--of course.

13. Bob is Socialism on the rise?referring to increases in student college fees in UK--Axel won't answer that one since Socialism/Marxism is the whole ball game! Instead he reverts back to how they will balance the budget and other tripe.

Axel at one of his finest hours running as scared as I have ever seen him. Yet not losing a a break in his stride. Still putting on a good show/charade but sensing the end is near for the regime.

Breyer is an adherent to FDR’s socialist agenda.

FDR began his attacks on the USSC early and often. Finally FDR went too far and the congress shut down his plans to pack the Court.

Perhaps Kristol is being diabolical. Nothing enrages the left more than hearing that the right loves Obama’s initiatives.

Good point, he may give the regime something to worry about instead of us doing all the worrying.

If I’m not mistaken Kennedy is the swing vote. He has made his intentions clear as long as O in the WH Kennedy will stay on the bench.

Wow, Rodguy911. You didn’t miss anything. Thanks very much. Bob Scheiffer is a disgrace. Axelrod is his perfect guest, he gets to make all of his points and several times over!

Of course, everything is all about 2012. Axelrod is soon to depart the WH to work on Obama’s campaign. right? Get the structure in place -— ACORN, UNIONS, the massive fraud and the sleazy, slick ads should be up and running by springtime. New websites and never let a crisis go to waste and why not create a one or two?
