That’s one good choice. There are more. Dump her high school before they expel her. Option #2 - select a good local private school. Option #3 - She is in the middle of her junior year and is a successful student. Take the GED and start college locally, establish a good GPA, and then transfer to the college of her choice.

That's good advice, it also works with homeschooled kids too, very effective.

I would suggest that they get other students and parents together and holld a rally refusing to send their kids to school if the school doesn’t allow the girl to return! She did the honest thing but I think she should have just told the school she needs to go home for something and remove the rifle quietly. Maybe thats what she was trying to do when she told them.
