I like pie. Not all pie, mind you, but some pies. I like a really good apple pie, but it has to be warm. I like a rich chocolate pie if it doesn’t taste too much like pudding on a crust. But, if I decided to make a pie because I like pie, I would have to choose pecan pie. There is something about a really good pecan pie recipe that just embodies pie.
