I suffer from vertigo and my physician told me (off the record) that brewing lemon balm in tea would help with certain episodes. I’ve not used it myself, but I’ve heard the same that you have.

Wow, now that's interesting! Where were these doctors when I was spending month-long visits at Northwestern Memorial in Chicago with vertigo?

I figured out the vertigo/lemon balm thing by reading up online after receiving YL's oregano oil for strep, and lavender for angst and burns. Those worked so incredibly well, I purchased their Melissa Essential Oil for vertigo as well. Outstanding stuff! Since it's therapeutic (which the stuff at health food stores are not), you can take it in a gelatin capsule.

So if you ever have any further issues (and I hope you don't), the oil, while expensive, is highly concentrated and does the trick! And you only need a couple/three drops of it per day (has approx. 85 drops per bottle).
