What good are armies to the citizens of the United States if the military leaders have little regard for the Constitution? Such a situation would be of great benefit to our nation's enemies.

Ehren Watada refused orders to deploy to Iraq with his unit saying that the war in Iraq violated the Constitution and orders to report over there were illegal and left him open for war crime charges. Ten years earlier, Yoland Huet-Vaughn refused orders to report for deployment for Desert Storm for the same reasons - the war was unconstitutional and therefore orders to report for duty were illegal. I suppose that in your eyes these officers were acting in the best traditions of the military by refusing to obey illegal orders and that the military leaders were showing little regard for the Constitution by court martialing both their sorry asses?
