Absolutely not. Illegals arrested for some other, any other, crime should be forced to work much like the old chain gangs. They should be forced to work public projects like highways, etc. We'll give them room and board (a jail cell and two squares a day) and they'll give us labor.
I can't see any problem with that since the libtards tell us they came here to work. Hey, if they do a good job, they can even earn the going jailbird rate of 75 cents an hour or whatever it is and wire it home to Mexico.
Last I checked, legal status isn't needed for making license plates or whatever.
