I have assumed that the assault on Prop 13 would come, but haven’t seen any articles on it yet. Do you know of one, or the nature of the scheme Sussman was talking about?
Sussman’s weekly guest is the Capital guy and he stated the dems and Brown have been working on the rewrite of Prop 14 for a few months so it will be introduced this winter.
