Dozens To Be Evacuated For Escondido Bomb House Burn
San Diego.com ^ | Dec. 8. 2010 | City News Service

Posted on 12/08/2010 10:51:35 AM PST by Dr. Eckleburg

Barring any legal wrangling, widespread evacuations will begin this evening around a North County rental house that authorities plan to burn to ground Thursday morning to dispose of a large illegal stockpile of highly volatile bomb-making chemicals found inside it three weeks ago.

At noon today, attorney Michael Berg, lawyer for renter George Djura Jakubec, is scheduled to ask a federal judge to halt the burning because there could be documents and other evidence in the house that could aid in his client's defense.

Exactly how anyone would go about gathering the potential evidence from the home that bomb experts say is too dangerous to enter is unclear, Berg told The San Diego Union-Tribune.

Assuming the judge turns down Berg's request, residents of about six dozen addresses around the cordoned-off home in the 1900 block of Via Scott in unincorporated Escondido will vacate the neighborhood, starting at 7 p.m.

1. Set up the preparation for the burn of the house.

2. Then send the defendant into the house to hunt for papers.

3. Then watch a mysterious coincidence occur that solves all problems.

I already had the line deleted and posted the correction.

Unlike you who has incorrectly identified the owner.

And as far as I can tell, you are the ONLY person on this thread who has mentioned “muzzies” or “Arabs.”

An overreaction if you ask me. I mean, burning a house with the record largest explosives stash right in your neighborhood - these are experts, after all, what could possibly go wrong? Me, I'd be in my lawn chair across the street with a beer and a camera. And a beer.

"Dang, Burt, lookit them purdy colors. Whazzat rumbling noise?"

This is BS.

There's some evidence in there that points to a powerful Democrat at the local, state, or Federal level. Or maybe all the goodies have FBI finger prints on them.

Something's rotten in the city of San Diego.

Not only did I read the story, but I'm also not completely uninformed about European geography and history. Again, he's an ETHNIC SLOVAKIAN, not Serbian. Serbia has a tiny Slovakian population of immigrants. Wherever Jukabec was born (and he was born in Serbia), he remains an ETHNIC SlOVAKIAN.

Just like if a guy is born in the Canada who is named Mohommad bin Salin, he's an ETHNIC ARAB, not an Canadian.

“A nutty non-Islamic white guy, if you're wondering.”

Fox News is reporting the man is a Serb.

If I were to speculate based on his age, he may have learned his bomb making craft in the Kosovo conflict when the Serbs were fighting the KLA.

Clearly you fancy yourself as knowing more about the story than the City News Service.

The news story said the renter is Serbian and the news story did not identify the owner, as you said it did.

So far, you’re 0 for 2.
