Ummm, well, probably...yes? After all, these are 'Rats we're talking about, and in some parts of the country, a significant percentage of the electorate, perhaps even the majority in some places, have no problem with government control of essentially everything, a planned economy, etc. The country has been drifting in that direction for awhile now.
