An Illinois woman walked away from a car crash that killed her husband, authorities believe, but they have found no trace of her other than footprints in the snow leading to a road.
A search was in its third day Tuesday for Tanya Shannon, 40, of Ransom, Illinois...Tanya Shannon is described as being 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighing 125 pounds, with shoulder-length strawberry-blond hair and green eyes

Could be a head injury with amnesia...
The puzzling part is their driving on past their home. Could have been they were arguing and didn't want to take it into the house: so they were driving on a bit while they talked or argued. Confusion ... two versions of who was driving. The person in the drivers seat is pretty conclusive, huh?

I’ll keep checking for updates but as of today, 12-10, no further news.
