He was arrested for not wearing a condom. His defense is that if he did wear one, it would leak.
How unfortunate. He evidently can't find one snug enough to fit properly.
I can see where some of his "see the world burn" anger might be originating. Most would just go buy a sportscar, but NOOOooOOO... ;-)
