There’s always ways around this. You could move your talk radio operation to Canada, or Mexico(that would drive the libs batty!). Or do the old pirate radio trick that the Brits did. Move the radio station onto a ship and park it outide the 12 mile limit (and therefore US jurisdiction).
Can be done, but think about it. At that point we’re an open dictatorship and bloody revolt.
The Brits don’t have a Bill of Rights. Ours is tacked up right at the 2nd Amendment.
