Don’t you guys see what Politico, which is no friend of any Conservative is doing? Martin and Smith want to split up the conservative/christian wing of the party and take out Palin, they don’t care for Huckabee either but they are pumping him up......btw Hucks problem has been raising money

"Well, I supported the presidents tax cuts then. I support them now. I think anytime you can cut taxes, it is a good thing. And I dont believe that those tax cuts only affected those at the top. But certainly, good tax policy ought to even things out for everybody.
Its the reason I support the FairTax, which is a whole lot better than just cutting a few taxes here and there and making winners and losers. Its the reason that a completely new tax approach is really preferable because it empowers everyone in the economy, those from the top to the bottom. But the people at the bottom actually end up getting the best deal out of the fair tax. So I hope more people will start looking at it and realizing thats the direction we really need to go."

I’ll say this for Huck and for any Repub who wants to be president. What is the winning strategy?
Go after O and the Obamists hammer and tong, get them by the lapels and don’t let up. Find every opportunity to point out the disaster that awaits us at the end of this road, and do not hesitate to call them out boldly on a daily basis from now until they are gone.
Do that, and you will be president. The problem is, you’re about two years late coming to the party, some of you, but late is better than never. Some of our Repubs think the winning strategy is attacking their Repub rivals. That might be good politics in other elections, but we’re too close to the buzz saw for that kind of thing now. Go after Obama, and people will support you all the way right into the White House.

I don’t want the liberal media to pick our candidate and I don’t want Mike Huckabee. I don’t think he is presidential material. His show is even becoming unwatchable. Saturday, his show started with two liberal women. (where’s the fair and balanced there?) Then Joe Trippi, another liberal. Jane Seymour, the actress, came on. Not sure if she is a D or R. The only watchable part was Wilson-Phillips singing a Christmas song.
IMO, we need Sarah Palin or Mike Pence, not Huckabee, who is already starting to whine about not getting enough attention.

Why? Two words: Maurice Clemmons.

Folks, it looks like I'm going to have to ressurrect the Huckster ping list a lot sooner than anticipated, still being 2 years from the next Presidential election. The recent increase in number of Huckster articles touting his credentials has warranted it.
If you want on/off this ping list, please let me know.

We’ve got two clemency recipients of his who killed people. So far. What exactly is there to discuss? I mean, Sarah Palin can prove she’s not an airhead. Unless Mike gets God to resurrect those folks...he’s hosed.

Mike Huckelberry is a snake in the grass, a back stabber who will destroy any Conservative Republican who stands in his way.
He is nothing more than a syrupy talking little weasel with all the genuineness of Elmer Gantry.

I’ll give Mike some respect...
He is a damned fine TV personality.
If they need a replacement host for the Today Show, he’s your guy!
A new judge on American Idol, a red carpet reporter on Entertainment Tonight, or the next time they need to change hosts on Family Feud....Mike would be an excellent choice.

The media are trying to set Huckabee or Romney up to be our candidate as they know that when the time comes they can both be easily beaten. Romney has his problems with flip-flops and the health care mess in Massachusetts, as well as being a Mormon. Apparently you can be a Muslim and be president, but not a Mormon.
Huckabee’s past embrace of nanny-state policies and illegal immigration will turn off many. Then there's Huck's pardons of rapists, murderers and drunk drivers that led to tragic consequences for innocents in more than one instance. Let us not forget that his son cold-bloodedly killed a dog and LOOKS like a fat psycho in general. The MSM know all of this and will run it 24/7 if this bozo is the Republican nominee. Further, I wouldn't be surprised if they have dirt on the two of them (Huck and Romney) to save for an October surprise.
I don't know if Sarah Palin can win. If she runs she has my vote. I do know the media must think that she can win as she is the one that they are constantly attacking. (Jim's W)
