Actually, NATCOM had two flights in that exact area, at that exact time, but that would ruin the missile story, and reduce readership of WND, so let's just lie to keep the money coming in.

I looked up NATCOM and it appears to be the National Communications Center in Kansas City, Missouri. An idea why they would have two planes in that exact area at the exact same time? Good thing they didn't collide.

They had two planes in the 'same general' area.

Since it would depend on exactly WHERE the helo was, and exactly WHEN, as to which aircraft was picked up on the video, limiting it to those two was as specific as they could get.
