We added a deck to our back door; if we ever get another dog, I will be training it to the front door! Too much deck and then stairs to boot!
We have a deck off the corridor from the back door he does the same thing. He’s an old Pug. Set in his ways. I have to use vinegar on both. This house is an old Victorian, built in 1881. He just hates the cold weather when the yard is wet and he’s a bit arthritic and hates the stairs into the yards, so he just lifts his leg.
