I am always astounded by the lack of value placed on a Jewish life. The fires raging in Israel are once again a reminder of the wholesale insignificance of Jewish blood in the global economy.
The candles of our own Menorahs, now lit during Chanukah, remind us the efforts to destroy us are far from new.
Thankfully, some countries responded, and the Jewish people and Israel are grateful for the help and humanity of their actions.
But what about the Arab nations, Israel’s neighbors that surround and engulf the Jewish State? They have all the money in the world and yet they give least, if anything at all, whenever there is a global tragedy.
Guess it speaks volumes about the Arab nations’ character.
During the Haitian earthquake one could not turn on television or radio without an ongoing play-by-play description of the horror and plight of the Haitian people.
When the miners were rescued in Chile we watched 24/7 as each person made the long treacherous ascent to the top.
Yet when Israel is besieged by a firestorm that kills 42 innocent young lives and threatens to destroy her, I could barely find a word on the news. The details were as well hidden as the scars on an expert facelift.
Hmmm? What can we take from this lack of coverage? Guess that dispels that rumor about the Jews running the media. Of course they could be self-hating Jews, which is great for the anti-Semites; so stop complaining already will you, Haters.
Let’s see. Perhaps it is that no one really cares if Israel is wiped off the map?
I would think it would be the opposite.
After all, think how happy all the anti-Semites would be if they had had the ability to watch as the Nazis marched the women and children, young, elderly and infirmed into the camps.
They could have celebrated daily as more Jews were exterminated.
Why not show the world the joys of murdering yet more Jews? Let them watch as young Arabs on horses throw Molotov cocktails to burn more forests as Israel battles the inferno. Arab preachers issuing fatwas telling people that it is OK to ignite fires, in fact it is a must, a command of their All Merciful.
It could have been a windfall for the networks with the unbelievable amount of Jew hatred today.
It comes right from the top down. And even among our own people.
I remain astounded that with all the murders Muslim extremists commit against innocent citizens, soldiers, writers and artists, the Jewish people still remain number one on the hit parade of hatred.
According to FBI files, crimes against Jewish people in 2008 outnumbered Muslims by ten to one.
Hmmm.
So let’s see here. Why is this so?
I believe it has a great deal to do with fear.
CAIR (Council on American-Islamic Relations) is a scary bunch.
Watching them go ballistic every time someone looks sideways at a Muslim makes you want to cross the street and run in another direction. You have the feeling they know where you live and they are coming, so just watch it buster!
Begs the ancient question, “Who would cross a street to escape a Jewish accountant?”
Okay, so lawyers maybe.
But the point is Jews don’t scare anyone.
Jewish life is cheap, comes wholesale and with a discount.
Always has, and looks like it always will.
At this point in history there are only approximately 14 million Jews in the world. Good news for some I am sure.
But, quite sad for the world.
I am very open and honest about the fact people hate the Jews and Israel.
I say, “Fine, everyone is a free agent. Feel as you will, but here are the new rules from the Jewish Mother’s War Room.”
You hate Jews. Go for it.
But here’s the caveat:
Don’t go to our doctors.
Don’t use our medical technology.
Don’t inoculate your children with the Salk vaccine. Polio, no problem. If you drop dead from a lack of Jewish medical discoveries, well bye bye and good riddance.
Use other bankers and Wall Street brokers.
Although, I admit that crook Bernie Madoff was an embarrassment to us all, although in some ways doesn’t his Ponzi scheme resemble our Social Security?
Oh, and forget the Internet. Sorry, Israel devolved that one too. And no more cell phones for you to call and espouse your hatred for the Jews to all your friends. Israel had that one too.
No fun stuff or place to spread your venom. So sorry for you, Haters.
I could use entire pages to espouse Israel’s inventions and innovations, but I believe you all know that.
It doesn’t stop the haters from availing themselves of Jewish brilliance or discovery.
Perhaps the words from the doctor’s oath, “first do no harm,” should be revised to mean:
• Do no harm to those who do not hate;
• To those who do not put a wholesale price on Jewish life;
• To those who would not seek to wipe the Jewish people off the earth;
• To those who do not threaten the lives of Jewish children; and of course
• To those that know the United Nations for the evil waste of money it actually is, as the most organized body for hatred ever conceived and Hitler’s dream realized.
They do let everyone die; Jewish children, black children, women, none matters to these madmen. They are an equal opportunity evil bunch.
Last year the U.S. gave them two billion dollars. Any thoughts on the intelligence of that expense fellow Americans?
I am so fed up with Jews making nice nice to try and win acceptance into the world community.
The Israeli doctors were the first ones to set up a field hospital in Haiti.
We always have to do the right thing.
When will we finally start doing the right thing for ourselves?
If you choose to go through life as a doormat, people will walk all over you.
I think doormats are one thing Israel didn’t invent. Unless it was an ancient Jewish mother, tired of people walking into her house with dirty shoes. That’s possible.
At the end of the day it doesn’t matter if Israel invented the doormat. They have perfected it through their own behavior.
It’s time to stand up and shout, “We’re mad as hell, and we’re not going to take it any more.”
All of our posturing, pussyfooting and pretending not to care while there is a systematic design to wipe us off the face of the earth must end. It must, or the Jewish people will.
Sadly perhaps the words of Jonathan Swift will indeed apply to the human condition forever,
“We have just enough religion to make us hate, but not enough to make us love one another.”
Lord, I hope not.

Ari, you would be surprised how many mainstream Americans love Israel. It is not us you have to convince. It’s the idiots in power and the media who pander to those nations and people who hate Israel.
Tell your kindred to stop supporting liberal democrats and instead enjoy the support conservative America affords Jews.
Liberal, Left-Wing, Democrat Party, American Jews, objectively share a good portion of kindling hatred of Jews across the world. I have spent time in Israel, admire the country, admire the people, admire their keen business sense, admire their courage to survive, and admire their Military (the IDF&IAI immensely). This, my friends, is a country that must be held in high esteem across the world. Unfortunately, many Jews in the USA don’t seem to get it. Why? They helped put an anti-Jew in the White House!!! Obama, while proclaiming not to really be anti-Jewish has vastly emboldened the enemies of Israel!!! Until American Jews become unified and use their earned political and financial power to insure the protection of Israel and her children, the attacks from enemies of the Jewish state will persist. American Jews had better change their politics, like overnight, if the Jewish state is to survive for the long term. It is as simple as that. It is also quite clear that Obama must go. Jews, right here in the good old USA can make that happen by their vote and their pocketbook support of “friends of Israel” here in the USA!!! 2012 is coming!!! The handwriting for American Jews is clearly on the wall!!! Let us see whether the backbone of American Jews is with Israel or with the “hope & change” imposter Obama in the White House. We shall soon see!!!
Heck, the Jews constantly get hammered even in their own scriptures. Who else´s holy works depict such struggle with their deity as in the sense that Israel even means to struggle with God? The Lord seems so to be in it that for me Torah is the way.

Apples, oranges and whining.
200,000+ dead in Haiti vs. 40 or so in Israel. Plus lots of photogenic ruins and bedraggled children in Haiti.
The Chile thing was over the top, but the coverage was not due to any affection of the world for Chileans. It was the fact that everybody could envision themselves trapped in this tiny room for months, dependent on piped air, food, etc. Tapped right into everybody's suppressed claustrophobia.
I don't see how a forest fire could "destroy Israel." They happen all the time in this country. If not stopped first, they burn up to the edge of the forest and stop.
There are lots and lots of natural disasters every year around the world that kill more people than the fire in Israel and that get a great deal less press coverage.
A Jewish life is no more or less valuable than any other human life.
What’s with playing the victim Jew card?
Americans lose scores of Christians to tornadoes every year, but we don’t go looking for someone outside the religion to blame.
