The info in these documents are already known to the US.( and most likely to everybody else concerned. They just don’t want the folks to know what’s in ‘em.
Call this SOB’s bluff shut down the sites .

I don’t think you can “shut down the sites” so easily.
They are multible and mirrored all over the place.
Also, offing him may not be the solution as he has others working for him and others willing to take up the banner for him if he does go down. The hacker community is quite large.
The best way to shut this off is to have better security ... but that would be too dull to discuss
