I have a simple html script using active-x that constantly downloads jpeg files from his website in an attempt to consume his not-so-free hosting bandwidth.

Considering he was able to buy hosing on Amazon’s server farm and used to own his own server farm- plus the amount of resources The Jester needed to take him down once, I doubt a simple ActiveX script will do much, and I am sure that Assange has some massive funding behind him (Soros?)
