the NSA - and probably a few others- have acres of cray power that could crack the encryption in little time Probably not and it's a moot point. The NSA doesn't need to know what's in the file. The goal is to keep everyone else from knowing. If the key is released then it's all over.

128 bit encryption. Probably. 4096 bits is an exceptionally large number though, and PGP/ RSA style encryption can do that and more.
