Look, there's no limit on the part of the elite to ignore the evidence. Ie, if there is crime, poverty and no go areas in Europe, that's just a temporary condition until the larger society becomes more tolerant, more open and more accepting. Of course, more funds will be needed to be spent on outreach, uplift, education, training, food, welfare, etc., etc., etc.
