The definition of a Semite is any east Asian culture not just Hebrew, Arabs are Semite. So, to say the Euros are anti Semitic in this case is true, and has nothing to do with Jews this time. In the case of Germany, it is kind of ironic.

While Arabs are Semites, the term anti-semitic means what it means, not what it should mean. And what it means is anti-Jewish, not anti-Arab.
Sorry.
Words and their definitions are not always logical.

You are confusing the term "Semite" with "antisemitism". The later has always referred to organized hatred and denigration Jews, Jewishness and Judaism.
Semite is a term applicable to people who speak Semitic languages, but anti-semitism applies only to Jews, not to Arabs or others who speak languages that are part of the Afro-Asiatic language group.
Semite does not apply to just any East Asian "culture" ~ you'll want to use the terms which begin with "Sino...." ~ or identify them by language groups ordinarily used.
