"Obviously he was playing to his constituents, but I don’t believe it will help him in the least."

He's doing something right. He's the most popular politician in MA.

PPP Poll: GOPer Scott Brown In Good Shape In Heavily Dem Massachusetts

"Brown's approval rating is 53%, to only 29% disapproval."

A 29% disapproval number in this political climate is pretty remarkable.

Deval had high negatives but managed to win (thanks to Tim
Cahill). Overall the last election proved the unions, etc.
could get out their votes and scare tactics (the state will come to an end if the tax rollback passes) and people voted
lockstep Ds, other than in some state legislature races.

While it does show some hope for us that many Mass. pols
don’t score as well in popularity polls, the one that
counted just about a month ago proved otherwise...

>>Brown leads Vicki Kennedy, the widow of Ted Kennedy, by 48%-41%

Ah, screw that RINO. I’m voting for Vicky (/ sarcasm)

when some lefty/Kennedy wins Brown’s seat in ‘12, at least we won’t hafta listen to these crazy threads anymore. People are shocked that no Senator from MA is allowed to be a true conservative?

MA is throroughly wacky from Cape Cod to the Berkshires.
