Hmm...insiders setting up Bush to look bad? Like “outing” the so-called CIA spy?

Probably not so much that as lower-tier, career staffers doing what they think "is right" under the table because their bosses (political appointees) "just don't get it".

I want to see the whole chain of authority on this one.
