Very nice!

Rangel needs to be prosecuted.

Did you hear why he really walked out of his hearing last month? It was because the committee had lined up dozens of people (including Donald Trump) who would go on record (and under oath) testifying to his crimes.

There cannot be a standard for pols, and one for everyone else. Rangel was the megaphone calling for every business executive in the last 30 years to have the book thrown at them....even if their "crime" was arcane and obscure (i.e. "Conspiracy to do business with insider....something....maybe...but still CONSPIRACY!")

Now, Rangel will walk Scot Free.

There cannot be a different standard for MINORITIES than non-minorities.

This is simply “affirmative action” for crimes as opposed to employment. First the bar is lowered for “minorities” in academia and in the employment world.

Then non-minorities are automatically held to a “higher standard.” The bar is lowered in criminal cases and the book is thrown at non-minorities for the same crime.

The same is true for qualifying to get any type of gov’t assistance. There’s an unspoken “lower standard” that needs to be met by minorities to get on such programs. A non-minority with the same household size, same income level, same family situation will NOT get on such programs as easily as a minority family will; saw it happening ALL the time when I worked for subsidized housing.
