Man, I can’t wait to start getting those emails. I am the receiver of 180 million dollars from Dick Cheney and I would be happy to give you half if you would help me pay the receiving fees.

Actually, this could cause at least one noteworthy problem for Cheney....foreign travel.Until this is cleared up he’d be wise to avoid traveling to *any* foreign country...even civilized ones like Canada, the UK,etc.

If Dick lays a $20 on them they would probably go away. Nigeria is not a real country.

Yeah. Good luck with that, Nigeria.
But if you transfer $180 million US, we’ll lower the transaction fee to $25 million from the usual $75 mil. Your long lost relative who is recently deceased wills it to be so.
Best Wishes

The following scenario is entirely possible: Cheney is convicted in abstentia. Application by the Nigerian government is then made to the current administration for extradition. This administration grants the petition and extradites Cheney to Nigeria. Don't laugh!

Especially avoid the UK—they are the ones who arrested Pinochet on the theory of “universal jurisdiction” (after he had helped them during the Falklands War against Argentina).

The indictments will be handed up within three days, said Godwin Obla, prosecuting counsel at the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, Obla-dee, obla-da, life goes on...
