All the soft immigration stuff is from 2008 during the Presidential run when she was saddled with McCain’s positions. I looked at the article. October 2008. Do you really think that she was expressing her unvarnished view in 2008 or do you think she had to toe the line set by the McCain campaign on it?

You sent me the link on the Palin/O'Reilly discussion on the issue. I suggest you reread it. Palin is advocating amnesty. She wants them to register and allow them to stay and work here. The only ones she will deport are those who don't register.

. I have watched and listened to a number of Palin interviews on the issue. She is trying to play word games. Anyone who knows the issue, like Univision, can nail her down. O'Reilly did a better job than most. This interview is very damning. Palin had better change her position on this issue if she wants to get the nomination. Right now she is in the amnesty camp.

Palin: "Then let's keep it, then, then we won't complicate it any more. Let's keep it simple. And let's say no that if you are here illegally, if you don't follow the steps that at some point in immigration reform that we are going to be able to provide that will allow you somehow to be able to work - if you are not going to do that, then you will be deported. You will be gone.
