Can anyone put together 5 or 6 bullet points of exactly what this plan does and spends money on?

. Depends upon DHS to verify eligibility - we currently can’t process applications to enter US in an accurate and timely manner.

That is what King wants the Congressional Budget Office to do, but they haven’t yet (as far as I know).
