Venezuela's President Hugo Chavez lauded WikiLeaks founder Julian Assnage as a "brave man" according to El Universal. Mr. Chavez stated on his state-run TV network VTV:
"The empire stood naked. I do not know what the United States is going to do. Well, they do not care about this. But how many things have been disclosed! They disrespect their allies with all these spying activities! Mr. Chavez may be referring to a WikiLeaks cable describing his country's health care system.
A WikiLeaks cable dated in December of 2009 and released on Sunday describes Venezuelas medical system in disarray. (All bolding below is mine)
According to the document, Venezuelan doctors accused their government of politicizing health care at the expense of the health of Venezuelans."

So has this little pipsqueak potentially done us one favor in all of this?
Sure recipe for disaster: Use the least educated morons in society (politicians) to run highly educated achievers (the medical professionals).
Any communist / marxist government causes the individual to become an expense. When times are tight, why preserve expenses? You cut expenses.
The leaks will hurt Obama more than anyone.
POINT!
Don’t tell that to Michael Moore.
Oh my.
It would also be a mistake for American Doctors learning Spanish to go to Venezuela!
Venezuela is quickly becoming Zimbabwe!!!
That fat bastard may be a traitor but he is not stupid!
He already knows that the Pre-OBAMACARE USA has the best health care system in the world. When he has his eventual Heart Attack his fat @$$ will be right here in some private clinic with the best US medical care Hollywood Idiots can buy.
Gibbs has said that they are not worried about Wikileaks. That there is nothing there to worry about. If that is true, release all the documents so the American people can decide for themselves. Bunch of JackWaggons.
China rounded up all the doctors during the communist revolution, killed most and imprisoned the rest to face a slow death of starvation. Whenever someone important in government became sick, they would give a doctor some food, a blanket, let him visit with family, etc..in exchange for providing skilled medical care. Then when the important person became better or died, it was right back to prison.
The doctors were all replaced with young students of communism. They had no medical training to speak of other than studying propaganda films. Pretty much the equivilant of a LPN. The hospitals they ran this way speeded the death of millions and got rid of western educated doctors.
Fast forward to 2010. The best way to prosperity under any rule is to become a producer instead of a consumer. What do you think America has become since post WWII? We are consumers now, using a producer's checkbook by proxy. Someone snookered us into thinking that "consumer" had a very broad definition. It does not.
A war by us couldn't be fought against any global power. In six months we'd run out of shoes. We don't make them here anymore. Same with textiles.
Retooling to become producers again could save us. That would need deflated wages, reshaped educational structure, and huge domestic manufacturing investment.........Which is happening at an alarming pace right now (unless you're a government worker).
The question is "Do we have the resolve and the time?"
Yeah. That’s why the article was in the Washington Times instead of the Washington Post. They know this can only damage the current administration.
Big deal!
Obama and Pelosi have already done that here.
Chavez has devastated his own country by his love of being a Communist dictator (sorry, I know that hurts, Sean Penn).
A leak that says he ruined Health care for Venezuelans is almost a compliment.
Look how hard Nancy and 0bama worked to ruin our Health care!
I bet there's not one of them that could start a campfire if they had 50 boxes of matches and dry kindling.
Even if one of them COULD start a fire, Gore would come along and stomp it out because it's releasing carbon into the air.
A preview of our future.
