Could happen, but I don’t think it will happen for some time. Not until next year, when things have calmed down again and South Korea will be less likely to hit back strongly.
I read the same things back when the Cheonan was sunk and look what happened. Nothing. Then when the tension eased and tough talk ended, NK knew it was safe to hit again.
This just hit the breaking news section. I hope it’s just a bluff. I do tend to agree it would make more sense for them to wait awhile before stirring the pot again.
