They need to be confronted. We need a conservative approach to the problems of the inner cities. Conservatism is for everyone and not just for the red states.
Don’t get me wrong, I wish West luck, but the members of the black caucus have wallowed in power all these many years for completely anti-conservative reasons and getting them to change is about as likely as Jesse Jackson turning in his race card.
