Maybe suspending voting privileges to those on the govt dole should be considered, too. One problem: what would constitute the "government dole"?
- Negative net taxpayers? (i.e. receive more from the government than they pay in taxes)? What about Social Security recipients?
- Government employees? They receive more MONEY from the government than they pay in taxes.
- Active duty military? (see employees above) or veterans? (military pensions and VA benefits)
- Government contractors?
- What about employees of different governments? Maybe federal government employees can't vote in federal elections, and state government employees can't vote in state elections?
I'm not really serious about any of this. I'm just trying to point out the potential ambiguities.

I'm just trying to point out the potential ambiguities. Yes, it would be very difficult to define properly, but that's not the biggest difficulty. The biggest difficulty is that the taxeaters will never vote to give up their vote.
