If the meat is in clear packaging so you can see the surface area of the steaks, and you need a label to figure out what the grade is, you better just stick to hamburger.

Prime has a lot of marbling.

Select almost no marbling.

Choice is somewhere in between.

Over the years I've helped Moslem and Hindu newcomers to know what Pork and Fine Pork Products look like in the local grocery stores.

That usually happens when they are wandering around the meat section talking to each other holding up a package of pork tenderlins marveling at the fantastic texture and not believing it's "the other white meat".

They do cartwheels over ham.

Angus is highly marbled, thats why it is so tasty...Our cow Spot was a black angus...highly marbled and tasty...we called her Spot cause she was that black spot out in the pasture...she loved pumpkins during the fall...just throw it over the fence so it broke apart and she would come running....
