They were probably contemplating what a denial of service attack would do to their Christmas sales. Probably a smart move.

Thank you, thank you ...
I sent a screamer yesterday.
Maybe being called a traitorous accomplice upset their delicate sensibilities.

Would you let a smart bomb target live in your upstairs bedroom? To a server manager it is just about the same thing. Everyone from the US to Russia to Israel wants these guys shut down. And they may not be to particular about only shutting down wikileaks and letting the rest of the servers stay up. They may just take down the whole server farm and be done with it.

Perhaps they didn’t want their lawyers arguing why they thought it suitable for them to be facilitating treason.

Amazon is owned and run by one of the biggest progressives out there...pedophiles...hosting wikileaks...just wait...more to come!

I'm sure it is just a coincidence that Amazon is having big problems with their sales reporting and back office operations today:
Technical Notification Dec 1, 2010 We are currently experiencing an issue that is impacting the availability of our back end feed processing systems. Feeds will be queued for processing and, once this issue has been resolved, will resume flowing through the system. (12/1, 09:00 PDT)

Hasn't been a good month for Amazon. First it was the pedophile-how-to-book, now a relationship with wikileaks.
Think I'll take my Christmas shopping elsewhere.

Were they hit by a major DOS attack? The Jester seemed to be hinting they were....but he didn’t claim me was part of it.
