OK, I’ll eat it almost raw. I’ve been doing it for years, and have never even had an upset stomach.
The whole society should not be organized to cater to people with weak immune systems, or food allergies (which can be terrifying).

heheheh...papaw 'drank' his eggs every morning for 60 yrs and never had a problem...
how did we 'evolve' for 80-hundred-bazillion yrs if food is too dangerous to eat without supervision ???
