Even though this is a very serious matter. I did have to laugh. It brought back a painful memory of the company I used to work for.
They had sent out a questionnaire to all employees asking what was the top thing that the company should do to improve employee morale.
In my department it was 100%, increase our pay. Lo and behold the result was..... Improve communication between upper management and the employees.
