It's a setup. He is single, met a woman, had consensual sex with her. A few days later, met another woman, had consensual sex with her.
Woman #2 gets together with woman #1 and they decide that he didn't wait long enough between them - therefore he was operating under false pretenses with both of them, and therefore, the false pretenses equal rape.
Even better, the woman who started the whole thing, woman #2, is a known intelligence operative.

I dunno. I am in Sweden right now, and the women involved are flaming feminists and lefties. I´d say it´s more of a case of the dangers of having sex in left wing circles (in this case with the women who invited him to lecture at Broderskapsrörelsen* - you never know when you end up in bed with a raving feminist.
Of course, I don´t know exactly what transpired (for obvious reasons), but I do suspect poor A getting a bad rap here.
