Yep, that’s right. However, all it’ll take is a few pro se litigants to file criminal charges against officers of the court and the clock begins ticking on fixing that part of the problem.

A few lawyers disbarred and jailed and a judge or two charged, arrested, and handcuffed in their own “courtrooms” or hauled before grand juries for obstruction of justice would make the judiciary ears quickly stand to attention.

judges protect their own.

they have returned to service senile old retired judges.

The law is meaningless in forclosure court because judges have shut out the public scrutiny.
