STRAWMAN ALERT!!!

That was never what was said.

What was said, and did come true, is that used children's BOOKS would not be marketable at used book stores, or online sellers.

No. That was a different situation altogether. Not a part of the CPSC regs.

This ostensibly is about childrens’ clothing and fire resistance standards and lead content (bizarre but true). Really, it is about control.

I have had to deal with some CPSC fallout re: kids’ dirt bikes.
