Some have criticized recently-added language that exempts small farmers and food facilities with less than $500,000 in annual sales that directly market to consumers within a 275-mile area. Despite the fact that they have no actual constitutional authority from We the People to regulate intrastate commerce.
Such a 275-mile limit is completely arbitrary.
The founders of this great nation would have a fit if they could see this nonsense.
