Its the substance of the treaty that’s awful. And we can send a message about Obama’s foreign policy - or the lack of one to the world.

Exactly. I watched a C-SPAN Journal call-in replay last night and it irked me. obama has his nerve dealing with the Russian Federation. One Communist dealing with another Communist federation. “So essential to our National Security.” How so? Sheeesh.
