As I understand the federal bench at this point in time, they believe that the people cannot change a decision to which they object.

Absolutely fascinating.

Who’s to say that a judge cannot overrule the election of a candidate not desired by the bench for some similar reason. It simply requires a little sophistry, a little legerdemain, a little influence, a little media, and a complacent people.

No one should get too upset with the current state of this litigation for the time being. Judge Lynn Hughes is not known to put up with badly behaving government officials>

As an aside, here is a link to his most widely known decision. It’s worth reading; including the part where Edwin Wilson sold C4 to Lybia years prior to the bombing of Pan Am 103 and exactly what explosive was used to bring down Pan am 103? It was C4.
