Take a trip to Africa, India, China and wherever there are third world conditions, no one pays attention to emissions so why should it be harnessing the “West” (who do have emissions control and regulation)?

It has to be the West so that wealth will be redistributed to the third world by the global corporations precisely because they don’t have to follow it.
They use ‘free trade’ and UN nascent global government to kill off the Western economies and favorite the third world.
