Yeah right. Who exactly does one put 'on a pedestal?' (Answer, someone worshipped, glorified, idealized.....i.e. idolized). Words mean things, ray.
Now, you have never adequately defended your first strawman, ad hominem post, nor explained how your making a group accusation against those who respect President Bush is justified. (Answer: It's not).
I don't presume that YOU are counting yourself equal with God, but it is duly noted that you have accused me of a pretty deep and dark sin (of which I am not even remotely guilty).
Bottom line, you are wasting your emotional energy hating President Bush. Get over it. Heal. Move on. Live your life.
Now I am certain that you will twist this into yet another ad hominem and whine about things I have not said, so it's best to let it go.
Good luck in getting over your problem, ray.
LOL I don't have a problem. I see the reality.

If you say so. Sorry if you took offense in that way. I never meant you thought of GW as an idol. But, you certainly put him above so many others. It was that context that I meant that.
To me he is mediocre president and since I don't know him personally I don't know what to think of him as a man.
I DO know that his ineffectiveness as a president led this nation to a point where someone like Obama could be seen as the successor. Bush DID NOT fight for conservatism. That's what I see. I have no idea what you weren't looking at...
