Why doesn’t the CIA just do this permanently ? Can someone please answer that question ?
Uhhhh, perhaps because some folks at very high levels of our gubmint want the leaks to happen? That would be my guess. Project Echelon has been in place for decades. Just sayin'.......
When I read the Jester article, my first though was that maybe the CIA itself is the Jester.
