The BLU-82 was retired in 2008 and replaced with the more powerful MOAB.

We and the United Nations are still in a state of war against North Korea. There was merely a ceasefire in 1953.
Last year, North Korea unilaterally repudiated the ceasefire and declared they are again at war with S. Korea and the U.S. So we could technically nuke them right now.
We could do it physically as well but I believe a well placed rocket into Ill’s bedroom may stop the bullshit.
