recall being called back to Seoul, Korea in 1952 for an S-4 meeting and being driven over to the meeting early in the morning seeing a lot of MP’s over on the side of the road cutting down a body of a GI who had been tied to a post, castrated and left to bleed to death. I was told later he had raped a Korean child and the family meted out their own justice.
