State of emergency just declared in South Korea.
It’s time for South Korea to say, “Enough of this s—t!!!! Let’s Roll!!”
I think that’s an emergency evacuation to shelters for the island where the shelling occurred. Not a “State” of emergency. Unless you saw something I haven’t.
