Yep, the deal was after two years any airport could opt out and use Private agencies, which, IMO, they should all do if they want to keep people flying, and hopefully the private agencies will profile.

Nice. So it makes sense to me. Airports that opt out should see a big uptick in traffic and airports that have a decrease will suffer until they get rid of the TSA. If people stop flying all together in big enough numbers the airlines will push the airport authorities to opt out or they will shut down flights.
