Well let’s look at that whole story. Is it true? Roe started in the Northern TX district court, in an attempt to strike down the law barring abortion.
Let’s see, it was a 3 panel jury in the state of Texas.
You do remember Sarah T. Hughes right? Only woman to ever swear in a president? She was on the panel.
You didn’t vote for LBJ did you? How about JFK? Actions don’t just happen in a vacuum, and justices don’t get appointed without presidents. No LBJ, no Sarah T Hughes, and the panel doesn’t fire off an injuction barring the abortion laws from operating in the state of Texas, and opening the floodgates.
